Sigma Immigration assists new immigrants with their visa application, documentation, and settlement processes in Poland, offering comprehensive support from initial consultation to final residency. We designed their complete branding and a streamlined web-app.
The challenge
The core challenge was to simplify the incredibly complex and often stressful visa and immigration process. The brand and digital tools needed to feel empathetic and human, contrasting with the bureaucratic, formal feel of traditional government websites. The web-app had to be not just functional, but a reassuring guide that empowers users and proactively reduces their anxiety.
The solution
We created a reassuring and friendly brand identity that uses a warm, calming color palette and soft, rounded typography. The web-app was designed with a clear, step-by-step interface that breaks down complex forms into manageable, user-friendly chunks. We integrated a progress tracker and built-in help features to proactively answer common questions, guiding users through each stage of their visa processes with confidence.
The Impact
The new brand and web-app significantly reduced user confusion and anxiety, as evidenced by user feedback surveys.
