The role
We're looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients, creating engaging content, and building thriving online communities. Your role is key to amplifying our clients' brand stories and driving meaningful growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, text) across various platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends, community feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create a cohesive brand voice and visual style.
Stay informed about the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in social media management.
Proven track record of building and growing social media communities.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
Experience with influencer marketing.
