The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to join our team. You will be the bridge between our clients, designers, and developers, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. Your primary responsibility is to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team is always working on the most valuable features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team. 

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

  • Translate business needs and client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for the design and development teams. 

  • Manage project timelines and key deliverables to ensure on-time delivery. 

  • Conduct sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. 

  • Lead the quality assurance process and conduct final reviews before project launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or similar role. 

  • Proven experience in an agile development environment. 

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Strong understanding of web design and development processes. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. 

  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving. 

  • Experience with no-code development platforms. 

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
